Inventory Reports
Visual & Written Record of Fixtures & Fittings
Our inventory reports are detailed and precise, using industry standard software so that they can be reviewed electronically by all, and stored digitally online in a central hub.
Our reports are 100% impartial, we act purely to record and list details in a thorough manner.
We time stamp our photographs, provide written descriptions, and list in an easy to reference documents for all parties to review and agree.

Check-In
Confirming and Agreeing Details with Tenant
It’s necessary to start any new tenancy with a clear understanding of the inventory report, explaining its importance to the tenant; it helps to provide protection to both tenant and landlord.
Meter readings for gas and electricity (and water where applicable) are taken so there are no discrepancies over missed payments or unpaid utilities.

Interim
Reports
Mid-Term Checks
These reports are a great way to ensure the property is being managed and looked after properly. We provide these mid-term inspections as and when required.
The report will detail any changes in the condition of the property, highlight any issues or mistreatment and alert landlord and letting agent of any potential maintenance issues before they become too costly.

Check-Out
End of Tenancy Reporting
Using our original check in report as a reference and guide, we review the condition of the property at the end of the tenancy. The reports are cross referenced to check for any damage or ‘fair wear and tear’ of the property over the length of the tenancy. Once reviewed, these are then sent to all parties for agreement and sign off.
